I. RESEARCH FOR HEALTH SCIENCE

โครงการวิจัย สำหรับสายวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพสำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา การทำงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์ถือว่าเป็นงานที่ไม่ง่ายเลย เนื่องจากการทำงานวิจัยนอกเหนือจากต้องอาศัยความรู้ความสนใจในเรื่องนั้นๆ ความมุ่งมั่น ยังคงต้องมีความรู้เรื่องระเบียบวิธีวิจัย กระบวนการทำวิจัย จึงจะสามารถดำเนินการทำงานวิจัยให้สำเร็จลุล่วงได้ อย่างไรก็ดี หากนักเรียน นักวิจัยหลายๆท่าน รวมทั้งนักศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี-โท-เอก จำเป็นต้องมีอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาในการทำวิจัย ดังนั้นนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษานอกเหนือจากต้องมีอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และยังต้องมีโค้ชช่วยแนะนำตลอดเส้นทางการพัฒนาผลงานวิจัย จนงานสำเร็จ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
ทำวิจัยหัวข้ออะไรได้บ้าง จริงๆทำได้แทบทุกหัวข้อที่สนใจเลยนะ แต่ละดับความลึกของการศึกษาต้องไม่ลึกเกินความรู้ที่มี หรือความสามารถในการศึกษาทำความเข้าใจ ไม่งั้นงานอาจไม่จบ หรือจบไม่สวย เรื่องหัวข้อที่สนใจสามารถปรึกษาอาจารย์ได้ สำหรับนักเรียนที่สนใจทำวิจัยงานเดี่ยว ส่วนที่เป็นงานกลุ่มทางสถาบันฯ คิดหัวข้อมาให้แล้วซึ่งเป็นหัวข้อเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ เป็นหัวข้อที่น่าสนใจ สร้างคุณค่าทางวิชาการ ยื่นตีพิมพ์กับวรสารที่ได้รับการยอมรับได้
ทำงานเดี่ยวหรือกลุ่มดีงานวิจัยเป็นงานที่ต้องอาศัยความตั้งใจ พลังสมอง พลังงาน และเวลาเยอะพอสมควร นักเรียนจะเลือกการทำงานวิจัยเป็นงานเดี่ยว หรือ งานกลุ่ม ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของเรา หากทำงานเดี่ยว Workload ทั้งหมดก็รับไปเองคนเดียวเต็มๆ หากทำเป็นงานกลุ่มก็เบาหน่อย การเอาผลงานวิจัยยื่นพอร์ต เป็นงานเดี่ยวหรืองานกลุ่ม ไม่มีผลกับการพิจารณา สิ่งที่มีผลมากๆ กับการพิจารณาคือ การสามารถอธิบายเกี่ยวกับผลงานวิจัยของนักเรียนได้ในทุกแง่มุม ที่ทางคณะกรรมการถาม

ทำงานวิจัย แบบไหนดี แบบแลป, แบบ Survey หรือ Review ขึ้นอยู่กับวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษา อธิบายแบบง่ายๆนะ เช่น 1) จากสถานการณ์การลักลอบนำเข้าหมูเถื่อน หมูเถื่อนมีวางจำหน่ายให้กับผู้บริโภคมาตลาดช่วง 1-2 ปีที่ผ่านมา หมูเถื่อนเป็นหมูที่ไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพทางจุลินทรีย์และเคมี หากบริโภคมีความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพได้ จึงต้องการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ การปนเปื้อนทางจุลินทรีย์ หรือ สารเคมีตกค้างในหมูเหล่านี้ การศึกษานี้ต้องเอาตัวอย่างหมูมาตรวจ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการทำแลป 2) จากสถานการณ์หมูเถื่อน หากต้องการศึกษาว่าผู้บริโภคมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้อเนื้อหมูปลอดภัย มากน้อยแค่ไหน การเก็บข้อมูลมาศึกษาในกรณีนี้ทำได้โดย การสอบถามผู้บริโภค เช่น สัมภาษณ์ Focus Group หรือ Survey 3) หากต้องการศึกษาว่าตั้งแต่ปี 2560-2565 เนื้อหมูที่นำจำหน่ายให้ผู้บริโภคมีสารเร่งเนื้อแดงตกค้างมากน้อยแค่ไหน การเก็บข้อมูลมาศึกษาคือ ค้นคว้าจากรายงานต่างๆ หรือการศึกษาต่าง ที่ทำไว้ในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ การศึกษานี้เก็บข้อมูลแบบทุติยภูมิ
การทำวิจัยมีขั้นตอนอย่างไรสรุปให้ฟังเป็นข้อๆ แบบเข้าใจง่ายๆ ดังนี้นะคะ1. หาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่สนใจก่อน2. ศึกษางานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เข้าใจเรื่องนั้นๆเป็นอย่างดี ปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง แง่มุมต่างๆ3. ระบุ scope ที่จะศึกษา ต้องไม่ซ้ำ น่าสนใจ เกิดประโยชน์4. ออกแบบวิธีการศึกษา กลุ่มประชากร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือวิจัย การเก็บข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล5. พัฒนาเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลวิจัย ตรวจสอบเครื่องมือวิจัย ตามหลักวิธีการวิจัย 6. เก็บข้อมูลตามที่ออกแบบวิธีการเก็บข้อมูล ให้ครบ7. นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ8. แปรผล วิเคราะห์ สรุป9. จัดรูปแบบ10. ยื่นตีพิมพ์ การยื่นตีพิมพ์ควรยื่นตีพิมพ์กับวรสารที่ได้รับการยอมรับหากเป็นวรสารในประเทศไทย คือ วรสารกลุ่ม TCI (Thailand Citation Index) ค่าพิจารณาประมาณ 3,000-5,000 บาทมาตรฐานสูง มีผู้ Review 2-3 ท่าน ผู้ Review คือผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนั้น ส่วนใหญ่การศึกษาระดับ ดร. รศ. ศ. บางท่านเป็นแพทย์ ทันตะ เภสัช แล้วแต่ว่างานของเราเรื่องเกี่ยวกับอะไรก็จะถูกส่งให้ Reviewer ที่เชี่ยวชาญเรื่องนั้นพิจารณา ท่านก็จะ Comment งาน ให้แก้กันประมาณ 1-2 ครั้ง ใช้เวลากว่าจะแก้เสร็จ จนถึงยอมรับตีพิมพ์ ประมาณ 4-8 เดือน แต่ข้อดีคือ วรสารเหล่านี้ เป็นที่ยอมรับ ถ้าจะใช้ยื่นพอร์ตเรียนต่อในประเทศไทย TCI นี่ แอดว่าชัวร์สุดละคะ
หากเป็นต่างประเทศ ก็มีหลายที่ มีหลายเกรด ค่าตีพิมพ์ก็มีตั้งแต่ USD40 -USD3,000มาตรฐานก็เรียงลำดับตามความแพงของค่าธรรมเนียมการพิจารณารับตีพิมพ์ ค่าตีพิมพ์ในระดับ ไม่เกิน USD150 ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ยากเท่าวรสารไทย!!! วรสารที่เกรดดีค่าตีพิมพ์ก็จะสูงตามคุณภาพและระดับการยอมรับ หากจะยื่นวรสารต่างประเทศที่ได้รับการยอมรับคุณภาพงานสูงๆ งานวิจัยของน้อง ๆ ระดับม.ปลาย “ถ้าทำเอง” ไม่น่าจะไหว เพราะต้องใช้เวลาทุ่มมากๆ ใช้พลังสมองเยอะสุดๆ ความท้าทายของน้อง ๆ ม.ปลาย คือ เวลามีจำกัด เพราะต้องไปเรียน ไปติว อย่างอื่นด้วย คำแนะนำการทำวิจัยคือเลือกทำหัวข้อที่ไม่ได้ยากมาก ไม่ลึกมา ไม่การแพทย์จ๋า เพราะ น้องความรู้ยังไม่ถึงขนาดนั้น ถ้าฝืนทำไปมันอาจจะยาก ใช้เวลาศึกษาหาข้อมูลเยอะ อย่าลืมว่าสำหรับงานวิจัย ผู้ที่ Review งานของเราคือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เค้าคาดหวังความรู้ในแง่มุมใหม่ๆ ที่น่าสนใจ ไม่ใช่เป็นคนมาตรวจการบ้านที่นักเรียนเขียนมา แล้วไม่ได้มีอะไรใหม่ หรือประเด็นความรู้ที่น่าสนใจ งานจะถูกปฎิเสธเอานะ น้องบางคนมีงานวิจัยหัวข้อประมาณเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็ง โรคเกี่ยวกับสมอง เกี่ยวกับเลือด ... เอ่อ เรื่องนี้นี่แพทย์ระดับเฉพาะทางเลยนะ แต่จริงๆก็พอทำได้อยู่นะถ้าเราทำในระดับที่ไม่ลึก เช่น ระดับพฤติกรรม พฤติกรรมเพิ่มความเสี่ยงการเกิดมะเร็ง หรือ อัลไซเมอร์... แต่ถ้าลึกกว่านี้ แถมมีทำแลปด้วย นี่ คิดเหรอว่า คณะกรรมการ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นท่านอาจารย์หมอ จะเชื่อว่าทำเอง งะถ้ารอดไปได้ถึงรอบสัมภาษณ์ โดนถามละเอียดแน่นอน ทั้งเรื่องกระบวนการวิจัย และ เนื้อเรื่องที่ทำ ผลวิจัย ข้อเสนอแนะ ทำวิจัยเองได้ไหมน้อง ๆ หลายคน ลองเริ่มทำวิจัยด้วยตนเอง บางคนเริ่มคิดแบบสอบถามและก็เอาไปเก็บข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้ทำตามกระบวนการที่ถูกต้อง ข้อมูลที่เก็บมาก็จะขาดความน่าเชื่อถือ ถึงเอาไปเขียนจนตีพิมพ์ได้ ผู้อ่านที่เข้าใจการวิจัยจริง ก็จะไม่ให้ความเชื่อถือในงานแบบนั้น ส่วนวรสารที่รับงานประมาณนั้นไป ส่วนใหญ่เป็นวรสารที่ไม่ได้รับการยอมรับ การทำวิจัยสำคัญต้องทำตามกระบวนการที่ถูกต้อง เพราะถ้ากระบวนการถูก ผลที่ได้จะมีความน่าเชื่อถือ นักศึกษา ป เอก ทำวิจัยยังต้องมี Advisor นี่ขนาดตอนเรียน ป.ตรี และ ป.โท ก็เคยทำวิจัยมาแล้วนะ ตอนเป็นนักวิชาการ จะทำวิจัยอีกสักเรื่อง ก็ต้องมี Advisor นี่ขนาดจบ ป เอก มาแล้วนะ ... ประเด็นคือ การทำวิจัยให้ถูกต้องตามกระบวนกันมันไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายๆที่จะทำกันเองได้ ยิ่งวิจัยที่จะยื่นวรสารที่ได้รับการยอมรับ นี่ โหดสุดๆ ควรทำกี่งานวิจัย ?นักศึกษา ป. ตรี ป. โท หรือ ป. เอก นี่ทำวิจัยเรื่องหนีงใช้เวลาเป็น ภาคเรียน ภาคการศึกษา บางคนยาวเป็นปีวิจัยยังไม่สำเร็จ ก็มี ในความคิดเห็นแอด ทำงานวิจัยดีดี ตีพิมพ์กับวรสารที่ได้รับการยอมรับ 1-2 งาน ก็พอแล้ว ทำเป็นหลายๆ งานก็ไม่ได้การันตีว่าจะติดหมอ สู้เอาเวลาไปอ่าน ไปติว ตัวที่เป็นเป็นหลักเกณฑ์ด้านแรกๆ เช่น เกรดเฉลี่ย BMAT, IELTS หากมีเวลาเหลืออยากจะทำวิจัยเพิ่ม ค่อยกลับมาทำ ค่าเรียนวิจัยแพงอะเอาแบบประหยัด และได้ตีพิมพ์วรสารดีดี แอดแนะนำ ที่ทรีเลิร์นนิ่ง เลย คิดมาให้แล้วว่าวิจัยแบบไหนเหมาะกับน้อง ๆ ระดับ ม.ปลาย หัวข้อไม่เกินตัว แถมได้ตีพิมพ์วรสารที่ได้รับการยอมรับ (กลุ่ม TCI) กลุ่มนี้นี่คือ ถ้านักวิชาการหรือข้าราชการจะทำผลงานเลื่อนขั้น เลื่อนตำแหน่ง ทำวิจัยต้องยื่นกับวรสารกลุ่ม TCI นี่แหละ มาตรฐานสุดๆไหม งานกลุ่มของน้อง ๆ ที่ได้ทำกับ ทรีเลิร์นนิ่งก็จะไปที่เดี่ยวกัน ที่ TCI นี่แหละ แนะนำว่าพอร์ตแพทย์เน้นเก็บผลงานคุณภาพ งานวิจัยนี่แหละผลงานคุณภาพ สร้างน้ำหนักให้พอรต์เราได้เยอะมาก เรียนทำวิจัยให้คุ้ม แนะนำเป็น งานกลุ่มที่ได้ทำ 2 ผลงาน ทั้งงานแลป และงาน Survey น้อง ๆ จะได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำวิจัย ศึกษาหาข้อมูล เขียนงาน ทำแลป เก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เขียนสรุป จัดรูปแบบ ได้ทำจริงทั้งหมด อธิบายอย่างละเอียด มีคลิปติวให้ด้วย ว่าจะโดนถามเรื่องอะไรเวลาสอบสัมภาษณ์ โครงการแบบนี้นี่คุ่มค่ามากๆ คะ ประโยชน์ของการมีงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์วรสารกลุ่ม TCIนับเป็นผลงานวิชาการที่ได้รับการยอมรับ ยื่นพอร์ตได้ทุกคณะ ผลงานเป็นที่ยอมรับ ก็จะมีภาษีดีกว่างานวิจัยที่ตีพิมพ์วรสาร ที่ไม่ได้รับการยอมรับ ปรึกษาการพัฒนาโครงงาน โครงงานแข่งขัน และ งานวิจัย สำหรับระดับมัธยมศึกษา แอดไลน์ @treelearning หรือ โทร.095-505-5665 หรือติดตามข่าวสารการพัฒนาโครงงาน งานวิจัย และการแข่งขันคลิ๊ก

For high school students, conducting research work is undoubtedly challenging. Research requires not only knowledge and interest in the subject matter but also dedication and understanding of research methodologies and processes. Having a research advisor is essential for success, along with guidance from mentors throughout the development of the research work.
High school students can explore various research topics, almost anything they find intriguing. However, the depth of the study should align with their knowledge and understanding capabilities. Consulting with teachers is advisable for individual research projects, while institutional group projects typically have predefined topics related to health science, which are both interesting and academically valuable, suitable for publication in reputable journals.
Whether working individually or in groups, research demands determination, mental fortitude, energy, and sufficient time. While individual projects require shouldering the workload alone, group projects offer a lighter burden. The evaluation primarily focuses on the ability to explain the research findings comprehensively from all angles, as questioned by the committee.
As for the type of research, it depends on the study's objectives. Simplistically put, research can be experimental (lab-based), survey-based, or review-based. The choice depends on the research questions and goals. For instance:1. Investigating the contamination of counterfeit pork products may require laboratory analysis.2. Studying consumer awareness regarding safe pork consumption might involve surveys or focus group interviews.3. Analyzing trends in pork product safety over a specific period may involve reviewing existing literature and reports.
The research process involves several steps:1. Gathering relevant information on the chosen topic.2. Studying related research to gain a comprehensive understanding.3. Defining the scope of the study, ensuring it's unique, interesting, and beneficial.4. Designing the research methodology, including selecting the study population, research tools, data collection, and analysis methods.5. Developing and validating research tools.6. Collecting data as per the designed methodology.7. Analyzing the data statistically.8. Interpreting the results, analyzing them, and drawing conclusions.9. Formatting the research report.10. Submitting the research findings for publication.
Submitting research for publication should target reputable journals. In Thailand, TCI-indexed journals are highly regarded, although publication fees range from 3,000 to 5,000 baht. International publications vary in standards and costs, but generally range from USD 40 to USD 3,000. Choosing the right journal depends on the research quality and acceptance rate.
Advice for research:- Select manageable topics aligned with your expertise.- Avoid overly complex medical topics beyond your level of understanding.- Ensure your research adds value and presents new perspectives.- Be prepared to defend your research during interviews, addressing questions about the research process, findings, and recommendations.
Can you do research on your own?Many students have tried to start their own research projects. Some begin by conducting surveys and collecting data without following the correct procedures. The data collected in this manner may lack credibility, and even if they manage to write and publish their work, readers who understand research will not trust it. Most journals that accept such work are generally not reputable.
Conducting research is important, but it must be done following the correct procedures. If the process is correct, the results will be reliable. Even undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students must have advisors. Those studying for their bachelor's and master's degrees have done research before. When they become researchers, they need advisors too. The point is that conducting research properly is not something that can be done easily alone. Especially if you want to submit to reputable journals, it's extremely challenging.
How many research projects should you do?Undergraduate, master's, or doctoral students spend considerable time on their research projects. Some may take years without completing their research. In my opinion, doing 1-2 well-researched projects and publishing them in reputable journals (such as those indexed in TCI) is sufficient. This group of journals is what you need if you want your work to be recognized, especially if you're planning to advance your career in academia or public service. That's the standard. For group projects, students usually work together and submit to the same journal. This is highly recommended because it helps build a strong portfolio of quality research works.
Is research tuition expensive?If you're looking for cost-effective options and want to publish in reputable journals, I recommend considering TCI-indexed journals. These are the journals you need to submit to if you want to move up in your career. It's the ultimate standard. Group projects submitted to these journals will count toward your portfolio. High-quality research works are highly valued in academia. This is an excellent program that provides a comprehensive learning experience, including conducting research, gathering data, analyzing data, writing summaries, and formatting. จากหลักเกณฑ์การรับสมัครของปีการศึกษา 2567 ของหลายๆคณะแพทย์ นอกเหนือจากผลงานวิชาการ เช่นผลงานวิจัย ที่ทางคณะกรรมการสนใจ ยังมีผลงานนวัตกรรมเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพที่เพิ่มเข้ามา หากนักเรียนต้องการสร้างความโดดเด่น การพัฒนาผลงานนวัตกรรมเป็นอีกตัวหนึ่งที่จะช่วยให้ทำให้ Profile โดดเด่นขึ้น และแตกต่างจากคู่แข่งคนอื่นๆ ในหลายๆ โรงเรียนมีการสอนการทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นการปูพื้นฐานการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ และการพัฒนาโครงงาน อย่างไรก็ดีนักเรียนที่สนใจพัฒนาโครงงานเพื่อสร้างผลงานระดับสูง สามารถเรียนรู้และร่วมพัฒนาโครงงานกลุ่ม / เดี่ยว และยื่นแข่งขันในงานต่างๆได้เช่นกัน

การพัฒนา Innovation Project นักเรียนจำเป็นที่จะต้องรู้จักเทคโนโลยี เช่น Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Data Science, Robotics, Block chain คืออะไร เอามาใช้ทำอะไร มีเครื่องใช้อะไรบ้างที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้ เป็นการเข้าใจหลักการพื้นฐาน เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้งาน ซึ่งความรู้เหล่านี้นักเรียนสามารถหาข้อมูลทำความเข้าใจได้จากอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือหากต้องการเข้าใจถึงระดับการประยุกต์ใช้งาน นักเรียนสามารถลงคอร์สเรียนในค่ายสร้างสิ่งประดิษฐ์ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้ได้ เพื่อให้เข้าใจมากขึ้น และค่อยๆพัฒนา Profile พื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยี

If students want to stand out and develop a distinguished profile, developing innovative projects is another way to make their profile outstanding and different from others.
Many schools teach science project development at the high school level, which lays the foundation for systematic thinking and project development. However, students interested in developing projects to create high-level works can learn and collaborate on group or individual projects and compete in various events.
Students interested in pursuing medical, dental, pharmaceutical, or veterinary studies can develop innovation projects in the field of health science. Choosing topics that are relevant and applicable to daily life but not too advanced beyond high school knowledge is key. Having a coach to guide and support project development until completion is crucial. The key role of students in project development is to be content experts who understand the subject matter well. The coach provides guidance and advice throughout the project development process. When these two components come together, the results are credible and reliable.
To develop an Innovation Project, students need to understand technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Data Science, Robotics, and Blockchain. Understanding the fundamentals of these technologies and how they are applied in real life is essential. Students can find information and understand the applications of these technologies through the internet. If they want to understand the practical applications better, they can take courses in technology camps to deepen their understanding and gradually develop their technology profile.
Examples of health science innovation project topics include using AI to assist in medical imaging diagnosis, analyzing brain waves, analyzing skin cancer, analyzing cancer tissue, using IoT to monitor health conditions or heart rates of patients, or combining AI and IoT to develop a system for tracking critical patient conditions, sending data to a cloud system, and analyzing the data with AI for monitoring and treatment purposes. In dentistry, AI can analyze intraoral images to help dentists diagnose oral and dental problems. In pharmacy, AI can assist in medication management to reduce errors. In the Research and Innovation course designed by the institution, which systematically develops innovative works in health science, students develop two works related to the application of technology in health science.
